How can I restore a database using phpMyadmin?

 Assuming that the database has been backed up using phpMyAdmin this tutorial will help to restore the database using phpMyAdmin
1. Login to cPanel.
2. In the Database box click the phpMyAdmin
3. select the database that should be imported to.
4. Select the "Import" link at the top.
5. Click browse on the file upload option and find the .sql file
6. After selecting the file click GO and it will import the database.
